About Sophie
As a Registered Nurse, I am deeply dedicated to helping individuals take control of their health and well-being. Seeing my patients struggle with this and lacking the time to support them properly in my clinical role lead me to complete my training as a Health Coach. This training gave me the skills to provide the personalised support you need to thrive. Transitioning to a more plant-focused diet can reduce your risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, obesity and some forms of cancers.
Coming from a far-from-perfect diet myself, I have experienced the learning curve involved in ensuring I am doing the best I can for my body, my mind, the planet and those we share it with. I undertook courses to build my knowledge and evidence base including Plant-based Nutrition: A Sustainable Diet For Optimal Health with the University of Winchester, Lifestyle Medicine & Food as Medicine Essentials from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and also completed learning in Health outcomes with plant-based nutrition.
"I found it so helpful to have you hold the space for me in each session, it felt very supportive and nourishing, and I looked forward to each new session... I always felt you really cared and listened, and most importantly I felt safe that there really was no judgement from you... It surpassed my expectations."
"my coach was what I expected, kind, patient, understanding, professional... you have helped me alot"
"the coach understood exactly what my needs were... speaking to a professional to set goals is a crucial first step... the coaching session did exactly what I'd hoped it would do... It was a new experience for me. It was a catalyst for undertaking necessary changes.
